Directly responsible for the growth of the agency from its humble beginnings with only 2 dedicated heroes into a 100+ outfit. Implemented a new sustainable approach to the agency’s chain of value, in particular to the strategic department (and consequently client relationships) called “Conversation Strategy” with the intent of restructuring clients’ hard-wired communication pillars into faster and nimbler structures that allow for continuous conversations between brands and connected consumers. AOR for Anador (Boehringer-Ingelheim), Vitamin Water and Burn. Digital AOR for Coca-Cola Brazil, Absolut Vodka, Magazine Luiza, Itautec, Itau and Unimed Rio, among others.
In 2011, Gringo joined WPP and became the new Latin American arm of Possible Worldwide.
